Titan Alarm Inc. closes a $5 Million dollar line of credit.
Over the last 5 years Titan Alarm Inc. based in Phoenix Arizona has been focused on generating significant recurring monthly revenue (RMR) with commercial and residential services, company COO Taylor Proudfittold Security Systems News.
“We have been able to organically generate nearly $150,000 in RMR, one by one and now it is time to double our growth through acquisitions that fit our business model,” said Taylor Proudfit. “It is exciting to see the transition and growth we have achieved as a company over the last few years as we have focused heavily on commercial services. We recently closed on a $5,000,000 dollar line with The PrivateBank which allows for future growth opportunities here in our local Arizona market,” commented CEO Mike Proudfit. Mike went on to say, “Arizona has a large need for a company that understands and deploys surveillance, access control, fire, and burglar alarm systems all under oneroof.” Titan Alarm Inc. is not only in touch with the needs of the market but is also sensitive to the fact that most small companies can’t afford a $10,000 cameras system as they launch their new business. Titan Alarm now offers small IP camera packages with DVR professionally installed for little or no money down with a low monthly fee for the camera systems.
Mike went on to comment, “closing on the bank line really just opens the door for Titan to grow at a much faster pace than we have in the past. We are now one of just a handful of family owned and locally operated alarm companies in the state of Arizona with financial backing to acquire other local companies.”
